  • Yes. Most clients will need a Notice of Assessment from a state-appointed case manager before services can officially begin. This assessment helps determine your care needs and confirms eligibility for the HCBS waiver or other state-supported programs. If you don’t yet have a case manager, we can guide you on how to get connected and start the process.
